1. Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through our forms, including your name, email address, phone number, country, and investment interests. When you allow measurement, we may also process advertising-attribution identifiers, IP address, browser information, the page visited, and general form interactions.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to contact you about Baycana, send the investment information you requested, and—only when you allow measurement—attribute inquiries and improve our advertising campaigns.
3. Service providers and recipients
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use Clientify as our CRM and messaging provider to respond to your request. If you allow measurement, we use Meta Pixel and Meta Platforms’ Conversions API to attribute your inquiry to our campaigns. In that case, email, phone number, name, and country are transformed with SHA-256 before being sent to Meta; Meta cookie identifiers, IP address, and browser information may also be sent. Hashing protects identifiers during matching but does not make the information anonymous.
4. Cookies and measurement preferences
This landing page loads Meta Pixel and Clientify advertising attribution from the start of your visit, in order to measure inquiries and attribute campaigns. You can turn these technologies off at any time using the “Privacy preferences” button, permanently visible at the bottom of the page; turning them off stops measurement and reloads the page without those scripts. We treat the browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a prior measurement opt-out. The site works normally either way.
Campaign parameters are stored locally for no more than 30 days so an inquiry can be attributed to the relevant advertising visit. Your preference remains until you change it or clear your browser data.
5. Retention
We retain CRM information for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain a legitimate commercial history, and meet applicable obligations. Service providers may retain information under their own terms and legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, or object to certain advertising uses. You can exercise these rights by replying to our communications or contacting our team.
